Pricing questions

Is there a call-out or inspection fee?

We charge a diagnostic fee of RM 50–80 to inspect the machine at your home. This fee is waived entirely if you proceed with the repair — you only pay for the repair itself.

What affects the final repair cost?

The price depends on the type of fault and whether parts need replacing. Simple fixes like a blocked drain are at the lower end; PCB board or motor repairs cost more due to parts. We always quote upfront before starting.

Do you charge extra for same-day or weekend visits?

No. Our rates are the same whether you book on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday. There is no surcharge for same-day appointments.

Are spare parts included in the price?

Yes. The prices in our guide include genuine parts and labour. You receive a single clear quote — no separate parts invoice or hidden add-ons.

What if my machine can't be repaired?

If we determine the machine is beyond economical repair, you only pay the diagnostic fee. We will never charge for a repair we can't complete.
