Warranty questions
How long is the warranty on a repair?
Labour-only repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty. Repairs involving replacement parts are covered for up to 90 days, covering both the part and the labour.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers the specific fault that was repaired. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we return and fix it at no additional charge.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover unrelated faults, physical damage after repair, issues caused by power surges, or normal wear and tear on other components.
Do you use genuine spare parts?
Yes. We use genuine or OEM-equivalent spare parts sourced from authorised distributors. This ensures reliability and extends the lifespan of the repair.
What if my machine can't be repaired?
If we determine the machine is beyond economical repair, you only pay the diagnostic fee (RM 50–80). We will never charge for work we cannot complete.
